SHIPPING & HANDLIN POLICY

Normal and expected delivery period is 3-5 days for cosmetics, and 14-20 days on All Bridal & Bags. Please be informed that some national shipping guidelines due to COVID-19 may still be in effect, these and weather, or natural disasters where affected may and will likely affect delivery lead times across the board. Please, bear with us as we process your order for shipping as promptly as possible.

COSMETICS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchased items. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, please call for refund within 30 days of receipt. However, note that in the events where COVID-19 health advisory is in effect, sales are final, and makeup is not returnable or exchangeable until further notice.

It’s a journey full of excitement to find your perfect wedding dress. We want you to fall in love with the wedding dress that you decide to say “YES” to. From the initial bridal consultation with RHO BRIDAL™, your measurements are taken, and your bridal gown or bridesmaids dresses are made-to-order, and THE SALE IS FINAL once the dress leaves the bridal store or ships to you from an online order. It’s crucial to be 100% sure of your decision before making a purchase, as there are no options for returns or exchanges when it comes to wedding dresses and accessories.

 

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES / IN-STORE & ONLINE ORDERS

·         Bridal Gown or Bridal Accessories returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and free of lint and hair. Bridal Gown or Bridal Accessories must be in their original packaging with tags still attached. If the tag is removed, the Bridal Gown and/ or Bridal Accessories cannot be returned. Bridal Gowns and/ or Bridal Accessories returned outside of these conditions may be refused, shipped back to you and/ or be subject to an additional $200 fee.
